Noisy people all night. Dropping stuff o. The floor, sto.ping around. Arguing. NO kind of breakfast. Even though listed on site and card holder. Coffee in lobby only during breakfast.

Again always a pleasure staying here! Manger called and asked if we were still coming, make sure we were okay as we were late on our normal arrival time. Owner always there the in the morning to make sure your stay was good! Very friendly people. Love staying here. We will be back again

"Perfect for a one-night stay as I was passing through."

A budget hotel with a good location near, but not right up against the highway. The beds are comfy, the bathroom dated but clean, with plenty of hot water. There is a good-sized worktable. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. In spite of the couple of negatives, this hotel is an excellent value.

There is coffee, but no breakfast*. Lighting in the room is... sub-par. *For a quick, sit-down breakfast go to the Middlesex Diner about a mile south from the motel on the other side of the highway. Service is fast and friendly, with typical diner fare and generous portions. The prices make you wonder whether you haven't gone back in time about 20 years. They open at 6 am every day.

"Exceptional"

This is always our number one choice when traveling from TN to VT. It’s low prices, friendly staff, pet friendly, so clean you could eat off the floors. The water pressure in the showers are better than my on apartment. They were able to accommodate us with our truck and trailer for safe parking. It’s a safe little area, rooms are always full. We just really love this place and will always use this hotel when we travel.
