A fantastic beachside setting and nice clean facilities. We enjoyed being there in the night of the "Lombok Ballroom Dancing Competitions" and as bizarre as this sounds, it was fantastic. So too was the cultural evening, held on Tuesday evenings.

Lovely place for a short relaxing break. Character rooms and great pool, and easy taxi ride to town where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants.

The staff are amazing, always happy and attentive. The gardens are pristine. The hotel is spotless,with large airy rooms.had a spa which was amazing, staff explained it all and gave good advice about the products. The hotel is by the sea, but the spa is slightly inlaid but is so tranquil

An absolutely beautiful property, set a little out of the main town. Very peaceful with fantastic sunsets over the surfing waves.

My daughter and I had the most memorable experience in Lombok especially staying in Puri Mas; like the most is the great ocean view at the coffee house; sat there for the sunset on Christmas Eve-Beautiful! Excellent staffs; very attentive and humble too thank you so much. Will come back again with my husband to this beautiful place.

Revisiting Lombok 18 years later was wonderful. Puri Mas Resort made it the more memorable. Away from the more crowded Senggigi, beautiful surroundings, great restaurant (live singing on certain days), free access to the Spa resort a short drive away, and wonderful facilities like a warm-water pool (when raining). The no children below age 12 policy came as a pleasant surprise (my wife and i love children though but we were really taking a break from them!). For couples wanting that peace and quiet, this is the resort to go. But best of all is the service staff, all friendly and sincere. This time we will not wait another 18 years to return to Lombok!

Warm, friendly staff who look after you without intruding. But always happy to pause and chat or answer questions. Rooms clean and comfortable, but air conditioning struggles in the monsoon season. Beach sellers need to be ignored, as they can spoil your freedom to walk on the beach, but not something the hotel can control - although they do their best. Lovely atmosphere. Quiet and restful.

Puri Mas is fabulous quiet and very romantic! The gardens are divine, the rooms very clean and comfortable, the pool is relaxing and the staff are attentive and friendly. We used the hotel dive shop and had a fun filled day of diving, spent a day at the spa which was very relaxing, borrowed the mountain bikes and had a lovely coastal ride to the North of the resort. We also used them to ride into town. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. It's quiet and a bit out of the way but close enough to seek the night life if that's what you want. The beach has snorkelling right from the resort, it's not the sit on the beach for the day kinda place but you don't need it because Puri Mas has comfortable lounge chairs where you,can enjoy the ocean view from the property. We also went to the Pearl Farm,which was fascinating and there was no pressure to buy pearls. On Tuesday we had cocktails with the owners and then a show in the restaurant, that's definitely worth sticking around for. There's lots to do near by, cabs are cheep and the bikes are cheaper....We didn't see a nicer place in the area. We stayed 10 whole days and filled each day with activities and relaxation.
