Exotic gardens with Lombok statues and carvings, spacious rooms with private verandas and semi-open air bathrooms, open-air cabanas with cushions distributed around the grounds, a meditation and yoga outdoor area (with free yoga classes offered twice a week)friendly staff, a world-class spa, and a Dutch owner who, as a former ballroom dance champion, now operates a dance school for aspiring young Lombok dancers, who performed at the hotel while I was there. Stunning sunsets. There's not much of a beach, but the hotel has lounge chairs overlooking the sea, and at an infinity pool, and once you get in the water, the bottom is sandy and inviting. Interesting snorkeling within an easy swim of shore, including of giant turtles. The food is good -- not award-winning, but good -- with diverse selections...Indonesia, of course, Thai, Indian, Mexican, Italian. The hotel provides a shuttle at 11am into the town of Sengiggi, about 4 kms away. It's a scraggly little place, but worth a morning, wandering around. The hotel will also drive you to the spa, on equally beautiful grounds 2 kms away. Should you decide to walk back or at least linger awhile on the dirt road that leads to the spa, you'll find both Balinese and Lombok Muslim villages. All in all, a wonderfully restorative tropical retreat, where you can be as active or as relaxed as you like.

The resort is beautiful, wouldnt chane a thing. Staff were super helpful, they even booked a flight for us when ours cancelled last minute! On the night we got there the owner threwa cocktail party with wine snacks and deserts, he even greated every guest individually finding out where they were from. This was followed by a buffet dinner (charge) and professional child dancers. Its nice to see an owner so passionate. Would deffiently recomend to everyone! The complimentary breakfast was so good too, made to order specialty things like eggs benny or waffles and as much as you can eat!

we stay 25 night int this hotel in February.It was beautiful -garden- stuff and owner Marcell is excelent.Beautiful dinner and decoration in the room and in the restaurant at Valentine day Tuesday's dance show amazing with fighter and young dancer and the party before in the Villa .All garden and furniture and enterior perfect!!! All stuff in the restaurant kind and helpfull special Chef!!!! we wish were stay longer

Comfy room...Love their breakfast variant especially the cinnamon french toast!!! so yummy!!! Great experience to had a lovely breakfast by the beach side and friendly staff at the restaurant. Unfortunately I was booked 2 Superior Room, Garden View side by side but got the different type of room: 1 with bathtub and other with shower on the different floor.

My wife and me had a wonderful 4-night stay at Puri Mas Boutique Resort & Spa. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi Villas at the resort and the room was marvelous. One thing we noted was that all the accommodation options are slightly different from one another, so the hotel looks really interesting in terms of decor. We also loved the lush garden surroundings and the view from the restaurant & infinity pool overlooking the sea, with Bali's Mt Agung on the horizon is just magnificent. Highly recommended.

We were celebrating our 50th year of marriage and so this was a very special time for us. From the time we arrived ,until we reluctantly left,the whole experience was everything we had wished for and dreamed of. The staff were caring,interested and very attentive,without imposing,the venue was of a very high standard and the food varied,beautifully cooked and presented. Imagine sitting at a restaurant, right on the beach,with fishermen casting their rods into the sea immediately in front of you sipping a drink with pleasant gentle music in the background. We were invited to a cocktail party at one of the luxury villa's one night where we were offered free food and drinks AND NO ONE TRIED TO SELL US ANYTHING!!!??? Then we had a floor show with local teenagers and children showing off their skills as ballroom dancers.Marcel,the owner is a former Dutch Ballroom Dancing champion and uses part of the proceeds from Puri Mas to promote and sponsor ballroom dancing on Lombok. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.We will be back again very soon

Comfy, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff and a great public pool. Id recommend taking a few day trips from the hotel to explore Lombok.

It was and excellent and memorable stay, although certain small things like key not function well-they replace it immediately, hotel wi-fi connection very slow, and they say that they have problem with wifi, at spa, no connection at all, but lucky i roam my mobile. They need to fix it asap. Overall the hotel location is superb, and i would really love to come back and stay there.

If your looking to stay in a hotel that has everything then Puri Mas ticks all the boxes. The staff are really great and very helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and only left the hotel twice! The spa facility is just up the road and is also very impressive. They are very accommodating and the spa staff even came down to give massages by the pool at the main resort without any trouble. Would highly recommend this hotel. Lombok is a nice island and truly away from the maddening crowds of other places in bali.

I stayed at Puri Mas for a week on my own and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's right on the beach so the views are spectacular, all the staff from security to the gardeners to the restaurant waiters were genuinely lovely. The food is excellent, beds and rooms comfortable. I had a couple of great spa treatments and also went on a dive to the Gilis with the resident diver- all of it is surprisingly great value and great service. I'll be back! Thanks so much guys!
