I enjoyed myself. comfortable and beautiful hotel. Nice pleasant staff and vendors outside and the nearby bech warong complimented. The breakfast was fantastic. But the muesli could be prepared well rather than served dry. The dining buffet/ dinner set is poor compared to the other hotels of the same class. Take the bench mark from other international Malaysian and singfapore hotels of the same class to improve on the dinner buffet or special sets.

Puri Mas exceeded our expectations..having our own little garden with a partial view of the ocean was spectacular. The gardens and pool area are magnificent. Staff extremely nice. The only weak point would be the lack of decent coffee and mosquitos infiltrating the, albeit beautiful, roof into the room

We stayed in the jacuzzi villa for part of our honeymoon and it was so lovely. Really spacious and well decorated. It was so romantic and comfortable. The resort is really beautiful and the gardens are incredible. You can see the ocean from the infinity pool and you can walk right down to the beach from the pool area. The breakfast is great and the Rijsttafel dinner is a must. So romantic and the food was delicious. Make sure you book the pavilion at the spa resort for this dinner. It's so beautiful and romantic. The lunch menu is ok but mainly overpriced so-so food. The staff are so friendly. Even the gardeners will stop and say hello. Just something that adds to the atmosphere when other hotels/resorts don't even try.

We had one of the smaller rooms (9) as we were passing through on the way to Gili T. Lovely, well-decorated room with ac and a very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. Resort is well-kept and the gardens are lovely. Great value.

We had a great long weekend at the Puri Mas Boutique (Beach) Resort. The natural yet well-kept feel of the villas and grounds is wonderful, the staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly, and the Spa resort, which is just a free 10 minute cab ride away, offers very good value-for-money treatments. It's the perfect place to relax, although the 30 minute drive to the Bangsal Harbour - from where you can access the Gilis by boat - and the 60 minute drive from the airport means that it is somewhat isolated. Senggigi is extremely close by, though - maybe 5 minutes' drive - so there's no need to remain on the resort the entire time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is unique with different style rooms according to budget but all beautifully decorated either in typical Indonesian style or in a more modern style. The staff go out of their way to ensure your every need is met and always greet you by name. Very friendly and comfortable with a lovely pool and the sea and beach on your doorstep. The restaurant also serves excellent food and we loved the fact the owner gives so much back to the local community

everything was perfect , the place , people , food , location ( sitting in the restaurant the music u hear is the sound of waves gently lapping ) So many pretty flowers and loads of greenery . And the spa ...u can get addicted , I stayed 2 days and got one done on the 1st day , on the 2nd day they did not have a slot available , I was so disappointed till Sara did manage to fit me in ...thank u Sara for the lovely hospitality

Excellent staff and hotel, great food. It's the staff that make this place. Would return when in lombok again! There is some construction noise next door however this didn't bother us. Took a trip to the spa this was fab and a very peaceful area. Great resort. The only thing that could be changed is the prices of the drinks, the hotel added a tax and service charge onto every bill which was a little annoying. But overall a great stay!

Peaceful, beautiful, perfect in every way- best vacation resort ever. Warm water and delicious food. Charming cultural activities and opportunities for local touring. An unexpected and welcome delight! Great price compared to other hotels in the same area, and much nicer.
