The Staff and owner were very accommodating and made you feel right at home. The Hotel grounds and pool are great for relaxing and the snorkling is very good

Wish it had been longer than 3 days.

This a beautiful place. Tastefully decorated and passionately designed. We booked a villa with private pool for 3 nights and 3 days. However, we could not use the pool for almost 2 days since there were lot of leeches around the pool. Then we were shifted to another villa which was much cleaner, but the room was smaller than the other one. In this villa, the switches were not functioning properly, doors were jamming, and wooden wardrobes were cracked in places. These things are not expected from one of the most premier hotels of Lombok. It soured the whole experience of Puri Mas, which, coincidentally means the "Golden Castle". NB - Don't miss the Puri Mas Spa located around 2-3 kms from the hotel with a shuttle service. It's regarded as the best, and it certainly felt true to the claim.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was great! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Our room was a good size and we loved the outside bathroom. Our room was clean. The hotel have a great restaurant and the night we arrived that had a culture night that was really nice to see. It was raining the whole time we were there so we made use of their spa and that was also very good. We will definitely stay here again.

Great resort with a fantastic position and views. Food was excellent. We were in the quirky garden cottage and loved it - beds and pillows very comfy! The gardens and setting was amazing! I loved the fact that there were no kids under 12 as the resort was beautifully quiet. Wasn't overly impressed with our spa experiences at the sister resort 1 pretty average for quite expensive prices - I have had many spa treatments in many Asian countries that were. A lot better for less money.

MAGICAL MAGICAL MAGICAL - Marcel the owner is truly a genius. The gardens, the property, the rooms, the antiques are all STUNNING. This was such a special hotel, and we enjoyed every single minute of our time there! Marcel, the owner, has created a magnificent property, and the spa property is even more magical. The gardens are truly breathtaking, the antiques in every room add such wonderful charm, the staff was exceedingly professional, and we only wish that we had more time there! Lombok is a peaceful and wonderful place.

This hotel has an amazing layout and comfortable rooms with all the amenities. During breakfast the service was slow and the waitress forgot some orders, but that was the only hiccup in a two-day stay. The food was good, dinner service was great, the rooms were very nice, the beach is beautiful and the hotel has snorkels for rent. All in all, a great place to stay.

The Puri Mas Beach Resort is a collection of secluded luxury cabins set in an exotic garden landscape beside the ocean. With the emphasis on relaxation, breakfast is served until mid morning, there are no TVs and the pool is infinite. At the end of the day, you can watch the red sun sink in a blaze of colour across the pool and behind the island silhouette of Bali. Listen to the waves lapping on the shore while you sip your pineapple cocktail and wait while the restaurant staff prepare your three course dinner from an extensive Indonesian and Western menu. All this at prices which can only be described as 'a steal'.
