Quick Check-in. Helpful staff at the Front Desk. They have 2 towers with rooms. We got a room in Tower 2 - a Plaza King Suite. Very good Victorian Interiors of the Suite. Nicely decorated and kept. Only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Nicely located on a street which has lot of eateries, bars and clubs. Had great sleep, and staff was very helpful. Decent lay out of breakfast. Didn't try the Casino or any restaurants. But they have a Chinese restaurant which looks very tempting with Fried Chicken on the menu.

The accommodation was great but we still heard noise from outside. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

We loved the size of our rooms and the view of the city was nice. Every staff member was very helpful.

When we got there the lights didn’t work. They had to call maintenance to fix it and we had to spend part of our time dealing with it instead of just enjoying our stay. There’s also no working fan in the bathroom. I wish breakfast was included in the price since we paid a lot for the room. Breakfast was not warm, most of the food was room temperature and they never had any juice. I asked twice and they barely brought any out for a cup. One of my pillows smelled like body odor—which made me question how clean our bed was. Everything else was lovely.

Good location, 10 minutes from airport by car and plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy and plentiful hotel parking. Room was large, comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower. Room was at the back of hotel and very quiet. Decent selection at breakfast (mainly Korean) but omelettes and eggs cooked to order. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff (except one, but issue dealt with quickly). Enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi facilities (separate for men and women) and drinks and food in sports bar was great.

Nothing I didn't like, it was a comfortable 3 night stay.

The Jeju Sun is a great hotel. Nice, clean, upscale rooms and the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Especially the bell boy. He could not have been nicer. He gave us great tips for places to visit and things to do. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju.
