The service throughout our stay was exceptional—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well cared for. Happy to have stayed here. BEST SERVICE and VERY KIND STAFF especially An Tae Young. He was so attentive to our needs, even going above and beyond what is required of him really. We will definitely be back! The hotel is also located in the center it's really very convenient. Super recommend this hotel.

Hotel is near the airport, and a couple of big shopping malls. It is also near eateries, if you are not too picky with food.

I requested for late checkout as our flight was in the afternoon and checkout is at 11am. I was told that extension is chargeable even if its for an hour. While I respect policy, I'm quite surprised at the rigidity.

A nice hotel in a good and convenient area and reasonably well priced. I don't however think it is worthy of 5 stars and the other hotel I stayed in Jeju nearby last year was probably better (but rated 4 stars). Either way it is a nice hotel and the facilities (no pool but a sauna) were good and well maintained.
