Overall , i wouldnt rate this hotel as a 4 stars the staff are very rude and non friendly The rooms are clean but not to the level that satisfy me room service is non responsive

All the staff are very Friendly and so helpful and special thanks to MR Mohamed (direct or of Food and beverage) he is super proffetional and helps us in Everything and he made our stay more than perfect with his team. MR Bassem one of the restaurant supervisor's he is very cooperative and he did all his best for us. The Hotel has a very proffetional photographer team (Mohamed amry, chris and john) they are very friendly and we enjoyed with them and took a memorable moments in our session. Mahmoud at reception he was so nice with us and made his best regarding to our requests as much as he can in a perfect way. Abdelaziz one of the waiters satff he so polite and helpful and he cares about us so much The Food was amazing and has a very good taste and there is a lot of varieties. The service is more than perfect The room was very clean The animation team is amazing and they did a different activities for each day. We are more than satisfied and Everything was more than perfect and exceeded our expectations ♥️

Barcelo Tiran Sharm hotel is in a slightly secluded location. The main reception is a good 10 minutes walk from the gated entrance. It is difficult to get to Sharm el Seikh from the hotel due to lack of affordable transport. The only option to go to town is by ridiculously expensive taxis, even if they were booked by the hotel’s own limousine service. Rooms are clean, room service is excellent, the hotel grounds are well maintained, grass and flower beds are beautifully manicured. Good choice of food, but all of the alcoholic drinks are substandard quality, there is room for improvement in this department.

Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse på Barceló Tiran Sharm! Hotellet överträffade alla förväntningar – från service och personal till mat, poolområden och den avslappnade atmosfären. Rummen var rena, fräscha och mycket bekväma. Personalen var alltid hjälpsam, leende och gjorde allt för att man skulle känna sig välkommen. Det som verkligen gjorde resan speciell var hotellets egna korallrev precis vid stranden. Att kunna snorkla direkt från stranden och mötas av färgglada fiskar och vackra koraller var helt magiskt – en upplevelse man annars behöver åka båt för att få! Maten hade ett stort utbud och något för alla smaker. Poolerna och strandområdet var välskötta och gav både plats för avkoppling och aktivitet. Dessutom är läget perfekt för den som vill ha lugn och ro men ändå kunna uppleva allt det vackra Sharm el Sheikh har att erbjuda. Jag kan varmt rekommendera Barceló Tiran Sharm till alla som vill ha en minnesvärd semester med både komfort och unika upplevelser. Jag ser redan fram emot att återvända!
