Barceló Tiran Sharm

La mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata estremamente negativa. Dopo aver richiesto il check-in anticipato con mesi di anticipo, al mio arrivo in hotel mi é stato comunicato solo in quel momento che non era possibile farlo. Sono stata letteralmente lasciata fuori dall’hotel tutta la notta, senza alcuna soluzione alternativa. Ho dovuto cercare di riposare all’aperto al caldo, tormentata dalle zanzare, che mi hanno lasciato decine di punture su gambe e braccia (vedi foto). Nessuno si è preoccupato nemmeno di custodire i nostri bagagli per alleggerirci la situazione, né tantomeno di offrirci un minimo di conforto. Alla mia richiesta di un semplice telo (che normalmente forniscono gratuitamente durante il giorno) per proteggermi dalle zanzare, mi è stato risposto in modo scortese. Abbandonati. Il giorno successivo, alle 10 del mattino, al momento del check-in, non risultava nessun pagamento, ci hanno chiesto quindi i soldi di tutto il pernottamento, nonostante fosse già stata saldata tramite Booking. Solo dopo un'ora di discussioni e atteggiamenti poco professionali da parte del manager e dell'addetto all'accoglienza (atteggiamento scontroso e toni alti) siamo riusciti ad avere la stanza. Dopo aver mostrato ripetutamente la ricevuta hanno ammesso che risultava pagata, ma hanno insistito sostenendo che mancassero ulteriori soldi: assurdo, soprattutto dopo il trattamento ricevuto. Una volta finalmente ottenuta la stanza, i problemi non sono finiti: il primo giorno non funzionava l’acqua del lavandino (vedi foto), il secondo non usciva l’acqua dalla doccia. Sono rimasta nuda per oltre mezz’ora sotto la doccia aspettando che tornasse, per poi dover scendere in reception con lo shampoo ancora tra i capelli a chiedere spiegazioni. Un episodio imbarazzante e inaccettabile. Come se non bastasse, una sera ci è toccato cenare completamente al buio a causa di disservizi elettrici (vedi foto).

Il barcelo offre tranquillità...l'ambiente è sereno e ti fa staccare da tutto. Lo staff è molto cortese.

Il cibo dovrebbe essere migliorato.

1. Нас заселяли больше часа, тк не могли найти мой платеж в букинге и заставили самостоятельно заниматься этим вопросом, а потом еще и выселяли - 15 минут: проверяли комнату!, хотя обычно люксы не проверяют, тк предполагается, что если человек смог оплатить проживание в нем, вряд ли захочет унести из него полотенце)) 2. Номер большой, но нелогичный. Ни одной розетки у зеркала, зато море розеток в самых неожиданных местах комнаты, даже в туалете. 3. Вид на море, ради которого был взят конкретно этот отель, был неполным. В номере есть прекрасное панорамное окно, выходящее на море и одновременно - на большую техническую площадку с какой-то вышкой и местом для разворота автобусов. Об этом в описании номера не сказано, на фотографиях на сайте этого тоже не видно. Терраса, с которой открывается лучший вид, чем из окна, закрыта светонепроницаемыми листами, поэтому с лежака можно увидеть только эти панели)) 4. Море: огороженный буйками квадрат метров 100 на 100, где находятся все люди пляжа))

Every thing was perfect … 5th or 6th time in barcelo at the same room ( deluxe with private pool ) every thing was exceptional started from Mr.Sayed Ali who facilitated my reservation every time I reserved, the front desk staff ( samer ) was a very kind guy and warmly welcomed me and my family. Mr Kadry in the restaurant was very helpful and helped me to celebrate my wife’s birthday The restaurant boy Mohamed Rashed who served us in the restaurant and gets drinks and what ever we want very quickly and smiled every time he saw us. The food was exceptional to be honest every time i visited barcelo the issue was food but this time there was a big difference.. the quality of food was very good and I understand what the meaning of food quality and safety because me and my wife are a veterinarian worked in food safety and quality. The room service boy Mohmaed was very helpful and doing his job in an amazing way and very friendly. The P.R staff i think she was called chiristine was very helpful and asked me about my stay and if i have any comments to be considered so she was great . Finally i’d like to thank you in barcelo and look forward to meet again in our next vacation.
