The dinning hall staff especially Samir Was a pleasure The chefs where always pleasant and accommodating The Animation team was very entertaining Staff was friendly and always helpful

The room was not well maintained,the sleeper couch bed was broken the patio door was not closing properly Our room never had toilet paper We where never given a box of tissues Through out our stay We called for extra blankets and only recieved them 2 nights later Reception never answered the fone The food can be more diverse maybe add some indian foods

Best holiday ever! Would definitely go again the all staff there was outstanding and very helpful.Helping us every morning with seats and towels and even just having friendly conversations. Absolutely fantastic team all day round with special mention for the animation team ( perfect , lovley staff)providing excellent entertainment no matter where you're from. Food was excellent with great range so no worries if you're a little on the picky side. Mohamed G from restaurant , the best person ever , witch we meet ( always with big smile)thank you for making our holiday more perfect. The view from hotel 10/10. The room was clean every day. All in Barcelo for as was perfect.

+ big rooms + shisha-tent was great! Enjoyed the beduin tea + food buffet! + close coral reefs to hotel beach(!)

- Lobby could be more welcoming - a lot of extra-service promotion on the beach
