Just the sea was good

(Surprised new at the end) We checked into the hotel around 4-5 in the morning, tired from the flight and the day, and we were not welcomed very well. They said that we had to pay an extra fee to get to the room early and that they could help if there was a room (even though I booked early check in), so we accepted and fell asleep in the reception area for exactly 3 hours; We were hungry, we were thirsty, it was almost unnoticeable, and no one came to help us. Until we wake up and ask ourselves. In terms of hospitality, it already started as -1 from the first day. Apart from this, the friends who constantly come to talk to you for massages or events for hours with different price policies given by different people while you are resting by the pool or the sea, is a very disturbing system, you should stop this; Half of my holiday was spent with these conversations, it was quite boring. There was talk for hours about massage and other activities, but no service was offered as described in the packages I bought. We wanted to take a photo, and when we said that we did not want to take the whole photo, it was not nice that the photographer gentleman made fun of us both physically and with his facial expressions for taking only 5 photos without even looking at our faces, but we still did not disrespect him. If we talk about the events, it was a hotel that only appealed to Russians and played Russian songs, we couldn't enjoy it and it was quite a funny situation. Watching a performance specific to Egyptian traditions excites me rather than listening to Russian songs by the way. I guess you don't care about people from other nations as minorities, but there are many things you need to improve regarding this. And surprise news, our luggage was lost by the hotel on the last day. Yes, you heard right, our luggage was lost by the hotel, not the airport, and we arranged ourselves to leave 3 hours before the flight.

The hotel really needs updating. The facilities are old and need modernising. It all looks a little sorry and in need of TLC. As it is on a coral reef, access to the beach is limited to a small part of the beach with people going downstairs at 4.30 to claim the beds by the water. The food is really not what we expected but the staff were mostly nice.

This resort is all things to all people. You will find they can cater for every reasonable whim. The food was of good quality and variety. There was always something different with every meal. If you are prepared to have the equivalent of €2 in the local currency at hand for your head waiter, your requirements for drinks and seating will be preempted and seen to. Small price for a luxurious experience... all included in our package, of course.

This has nothing to do with the hotel. If you are one of those people who think it is OK to load a huge bag with food to take away at meals... IT IS NOT OK! YOU ARE STEALING AND ALL OF US ARE PAYING FOR IT. SHAME ON YOU WITH YOUR FULL BOARD BRACELET! Who are you feeding?

The beach has the choice for us to do both swimming and snorkeling the staff was very friendly specifically Mohamed Gomaa at the hotel restaurant; he did a great service for us. so, thank u very much Mohamed
