Location and amenities..very serene and great pool with underground parking

Time for Kitchen utensils to be updated. Also the kitchen and laundry liquid was not enough for a week's stay. Had to buy ourselves

The amenities were great

Love the location and pools, cafe below also had nice food. Clean and tidy.

The heat, the first room was too hot you couldn’t be in there the fan didn’t work properly and would have been nice to be told it was self service

Location and apartment size were fantastic. Having a spa room was nice and the balcony overlooking the water was beautiful.

The apartment was quite old and needs a bit of work done.

The only redeeming features of the property were the location, the view and the pool area (unfortunately, on the Gold Coast these are very common)

There was no aircon in the bedrooms, which would have been ok had there been either fly screens on the balcony doors to the main bedroom or a fan that didn’t sound like it was going to take off or fly off the ceiling when on the only setting that offered any reprieve of air. None of the remotes on the tv worked and after going down to ask we were told that they had checked them and they were working. The whole unit was tired, dated and falling apart from the furniture to the walls to the cabinets! If you stay here I recommend you avoid room 6F! The front desk staff couldn’t care less about the quality of the rooms as they are all owned privately which I get, however some level of apology would be nice!
