The pool was good

Attitude of reception we expected a much better room for the price we paid The picture was deceptive we ended up on a ground floor small room rather than a higher floor The property hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly and the lock on one of the doors was broken There wasn’t enough cutlery and the quilt on the bed had a hole in it

Did not visit the pools or the gym or the games room we are in our 70s

The bed was like a rock and too low to the floor we are in our 70s the mildew in the main bathroom in between the tiles and around where spa joined the spa was a disgrace it really needs to be cleaned up properly and taps over vanity basin not in good Knick either did not take photos but we have been guest for over 20 yrs and this is the first time we have really been disappointed in our accommodation

Beautiful location and comfortable stay in a spacious apartment not too far from main Gold Coast attractions. Plus an amazing view from the rooftop!

To property owner: Overall we enjoyed our stay in your apartment though our personal preference would be for owner to provide a coffee plunger or equivalent as we love making our own good coffee in the mornings. To property manager: the spa was nice and warm but the jets not working. And the floor could have been cleaner.

It was absolutely disgraceful No aircon The small unit only cools down the kitchen and lounge room The bedrooms are like an oven They advertise having a games room but u can’t sit in it due to the heat There’s no aircon or cooling and it’s like sitting in a furnace

Great location. Easy parking and good pool/spa facilities. Ponds in the middle are lovely to look at also.

Rooms were dirty. Our ensuite had black mould on the ceiling, half of the dishes were still dirty or in the dishwasher already… When getting up from the couches the faux leather would flake onto the floor, curtains had a chalky texture to the back and would rub off on hands when opening, washing machine rubber was mouldy, back of couch and all the dining room chairs were covered in filthy handprints, kettle was rusting and just gross, ensuite showerhead bracket was broken, food or just grime splatter down and skirting boards in kitchen, kitchen bench stools were also just dirty and rusty. Overall the apartment just was not clean at all.
