If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"thoroughly enjoyed the living space and a great location to get around the 3 Valleys"

The Spa was a major disappointment with the Jacuzzi cold and not all steam/sauna rooms open. the Gym was no better than a broken down home gym. Both an easy fix.

Large, nicely decorated apartment with good bedding. Large boot room with big locker for the family, which makes things really easy at the start and end of the day. Very nice pool and spa area. Kept very clean. Good underground parking, which made it easy to unload after a hard drive.

"Lovely location and nice rooms, let down by a few technical issues."

Apartments clean and spacious, well equipped. Friendly staff. Spa was good.

Very poor Wi-Fi strength, connection kept falling off - was unable to do the work I needed to do. Also only two devices are allowed to connect. Gym equipment poorly maintained - many items unusable.

"Chambre sale"

A notre arrivée il a fallu attendre 2h que notre appartement soit prêt. Quelle surprise le sol dégoûtant et collant !!! Les chaussettes étaient noirs au bout de 5 minutes marcher pieds nus. Un slip traînait dans une des chambres, il y avait de long cheveux noirs sur le lit berk... en même temps c’est un groupe de 4 gamins de 15 ans qui fait le ménage sans que personne ne vérifie derrière eux. Et faites bien l’inventaire de la vaisselle car nous il nous manquait plein de chose sauf que si vous ne le signalez pas il vous prélève de l’argent.

"Kein Skifahren wegen Corona ..."

Dieses Jahr konnten wir wegen Corona nicht anreisen. Die Bewertungen gelten für 2019. Wir würden uns sehr freuen ,wenn der Reisepreis zurück erstattet wird oder wir einen Gutschein für nächstes Jahr bekommen würden .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, aber - obwohl wir schon das dritte Mal vor Ort waren - schrumpfen die Zimmergrössen ... dieses Mal hatten wir zu viert keinen Platz, um uns umzudrehen ... daher ist die Unterkunft diesbezüglich viel zu teuer !
