Tolle Anlage, hoher Komfort, gute Anbindung an die Skipisten, komme gerne wieder.

Terrasse donnant sur un mur aveugle donc sans aucune vue ;piscine et jacuzzi envahis en permanence par des enfants sans surveillance malgré les avis laissés à la réception et voisins très bruyants.jusqu’à 2 heures du matin ... De plus la remontée la plus proche était en panne !! Conclusion: seul l'appartement correspond au standing de la résidence mais la tenue de l'établissement n'est pas au niveau

Great stay at the CGH in Les Menuires. Good location, if a little difficult to find. Rooms are excellent and the spa facilities are great after a day on the slopes.

Very well furnished apartments with kitchens containing everything you need to live for a week. The apartments are a good size and well connected to La Croisette via a short gondola (when it works!) that runs 0800-2300 on demand (total journey about 10 mins) or a but that is less frequent. The hotel facilities are good, great storage area for skis and boots that's easily accessible and a good size, never too crowded. The pool / sauna area was disappointing, it's not big enough for the size of the complex and gets very busy in the afternoons. There are 2 saunas and steam room so but the 2nd of each is only opened after 4pm, even if it's busy. The jacuzzi isn't not, just lukewarm. Reception only open 1600-2200 in the afternoons, slightly frustrating. The bakery delivery service works very well every morning and is reasonably priced. Cleanliness of the room was substandard, the bathroom was not particularly clean and the main areas of the apartment could have been cleaner. All in all, a good hotel, good location, just needs to smarten up a few areas.

Accueil correct. nous n'avions pas été prévenu et c'est la première fois que nous vivons cela, il faut louer les serviettes et les peignoirs pour aller à la piscine de l'hôtel. L'espace piscine est sans surveillance, même pas une visite régulière de l'espace pour vérifier le comportement des gens bruyants dans cet espace normalement calme. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas, malgré nos demandes à l'accueil, le parking est ouvert à tous donc non résidents également, donc pas assez de places pour se garer et nous avons même eu droit à un parking bloqué du fait de stationnement sauvage dont la direction s'est dit non concernée par le problème. L'accueil qui pourrait être lieu de retrouvailles, d'accueil, de détente, coin lecture billard est fermé quasiment toute la journée. Chambre exposé plein nord. Bref si l'on s'intéresse aux clients, il est temps de le faire savoir aux clients.

Bien situé, à deux pas de la croisette (accès très facile) et au pied des pistes. Les appartements sont spacieux, très confortables, propres, bien insonorisés, et parfaitement équipés (nombreux rangements, mobilier neuf, vaisselle, télé, wifi, local à ski avec casier personnel), avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur les montagnes. On a bien profité de la piscine, sauna et hammam très bien entretenus. Très bon accueil, service de qualité.

We had a late season ski holiday, and travelled in the snow train, via Moutiers, with a 45 minute connection on the Altibus, which theoretically gives you 2extra days skiing, but with a 7am arrival in the resort! With young children however, with little sleep overnight, this was not really practicable for us. Also getting down to Les Clarines was not obvious or that easy with lots of bags, and local shuttle buses don't run on Saturdays. Pack light, and have wheely cases! Early check-in cost 30Eu extra, as otherwise we would have waited until 5pm.
