Grand Apartments

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous balcony and decently appointed kitchen with everything i needed.

No air conditioning in the bedroom made it hot to sleep. The basics were clean but knick knacks etc were dusty. Also I got the 'how to get in if you arrive after hours' email the day after I arrived (out of hours). I got in OK thanks to the helpful staff but it would have been great to have that email 24 hours earlier.

biggest disappointment is that there is no reception on weekends, pubic holidays and they don't provide any amenities...didn't enjoy at all

Noise from restaurant downstairs - noise could be toned down a bit

The apartment was very handy and spacious. Easy to use the TV and air-conditioning. Terrific pool and spa area too.

The apartment we stayed in this time was noisy and above the smoking area of the hotel below. The shutters would have helped block out the noise and smoke, but they were jammed and we couldn't close them. Next time we'll ask for an apartment at the other end of the complex. We have stayed in one of those apartments before and it was much quieter.

Great location and 2 bedroom apartment had amazing views. The pool and spa were excellent!

Bathroom was a little dated and seemed to lack ventilation.

Location was fantastic and view was superb. Lovely pool and spa area. Nice bar and restaurant downstairs.

A little tired and run down. 2 way bathroom into both bedrooms. Bedroom 2 not really a proper bedroom.. it has a sliding plantation shutter door making it a bedroom.
