Easy to get to, and easy for us to travel to our venue.

Could do with an update and repair of tiles in the bathroom.

Some of the residents were not very happy about us using the pool and spa or outdoor BBQ area. They complained about the children and noise on a Saturday afternoon.

Great facilities and location for what we needed. Spacious apartment with all amenities. Great when travelling with friends. Kids loved the pool and the BBQ area was fantastic for joined dinners.

Street out front can get quite noisy, not the property's fault but may not suit everyone.

Bit upset that we got a water view room with no view of pool. Our last 3 trips I never had to request view of pool and got one, so I was very disappointed when we overlooked charis fishmarkets. This is the first time I have booked through booking.com. I always booked direct before. With a $300 deposit. I booked this time in November 2024 for trip in April 2025 but I’m assuming because you don’t debit till just before our trip I wasn’t given a good room. Very disappointed will book direct next time. I felt our room selection was like a last minute booking not a booking made 5 mths before.

Aircon was useless - apartment was a sweat pit for 80% of the day to the point where you couldn’t be in it. The cleanliness was also disappointing. Hair in the bathroom and in the draws, cups and plates are required to be cleaned before leaving so the previous guests had clearly just rinsed with water as there was still residue on everything. I also had a terrible allergic reaction - likely due to pet hair or dust mites. My husband spoke to reception who told him there were no pets allowed in the building while she literally had a cat behind her in reception. The hospitality at the restaurants beneath the apartments was excellent though, as was the food so maybe don’t stay there, but support the restaurants below.
