Location and views are great and we were grateful the room came with pedestal fans as no air or ceiling fans in the bedroom means you need to keep the bedroom doors open so you can be cooled by air conditioning in lounge area, as soon as you close the bedroom doors the bedrooms heated up.

Very conveniently placed out from the main center but easy to access. Great sea and beach views. Great restaurant and bar onsite so you don’t have to go out.

These are owner operated units. The one we had needed to have the couches replaced as they had been repaired and were uncomfortable. Apart from that a great unit.

We were on level 3 but would have preferred to be on a higher floor as my view was limited, however the room we stayed in was lovely but I would strongly suggest they put air-conditioning in the main bedroom. When we stayed it was raining the whole time which was fine because everything we wanted was in walking distance and the Grand Hotel has everything you want as well as there is fresh fish and chips place across the road. But the morning we left the sun came out and the main bedroom was hot so wouldn't like to be in it in summer.

The unit has a great view a great heated pool and spa great food down stairs and on site staff were very helpful But we did have a number of items that needed fixing fans not working shutters on balcony needed attention to close a window in main bedroom that would not stay open Most important people need to clearly understand when staff are on site to assist with arrival otherwise the after hours is very klunky We had terrible weather for all our 7 days so didn’t venture far but getting from airport took us 1.30 hrs driving due to rail construction along Gold coast highway also beaches are terrible at the movement from main beach to coolangatta so if swimming in the surf is your thing best to check prior to booking fortunately the heated pool was a really good alternate Would I go back yes 👍 but after beaches are sorted and road works along Gold Coast highway are smoother but certainly the view is peaceful and dreamy with runway shops with all supermarkets for supplies just 10 mins away 😁🙏
