The property was shocking. Amongst check in we walked into an inferno. The air conditioning had not been turned on for arriving guests. This is really strange. Why wouldn’t you turn it on for guests arriving? And then we turned it on and waited. It didn’t work. Called reception, she said she will come up and look and never did. Waited hours called again, they said reception is closed now and they can’t do anything for us. They told us to sleep in the living room and open the windows because we told them the room was stifling hot and we were sweating profusely. I was shocked by this request. A family of 4, and they want all 4 of us to sleep in the living room on the 2.5 couches. Shocking. They did change our room the next day. But the air conditioning was not the worst of it. The staff that worked in reception were extremely racist. One of them was much worse than the others. She made very disrespectful comments towards us and communicated as though she was speaking to second class citizens because we wore a head covering I presume and she thought we were stupid immigrants who don’t understand…. You would think that after they purposely put us up in an apartment that had no air conditioning they would be bending over backwards with their lovely customer service to make up for our terrible first night. Nope. They were also very rude about returning the key for the precious apartment when we couldn’t return it right away because we needed to spend the next hour packing up the apartment and the pantry and fridge full of food we had purchased to then move it to the new apartment. They kept harassing me for the key, as if they were not the ones to cause this stressful inconvenience on our holiday. They were also incredibly rude to the children and told our teenager that he was banned from the swimming pool.

Provided with 1 X roll of toilet paper for an 8 night stay. When room refresh was done, no further toilet paper was provided. Pillows and beds could use updating. Pillows felt like they'd been put through washing machines, very clumpy and not comfortable at all.

The apartment was bright and clean. Pool was great, as was location.

The receptionist, when checking in, was quite rude in the way she spoke to myself and my Mum, who is hard of hearing. She was also very rude to my sister and brother in law who were staying a few floors up in 1010. There weren't enough tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper , washing liquid, or dishwasher detergent left in the apartment.

Amazing pool and excellent location

Wee covered children's bed. I've never seen anything so dirty, more urine than mattress! Check the children's bed before sleeping in it ! I wish I had.

I like the view , apartment is very clean , staff are very friendly, swimming pool is amazing and heated and clean as well spa

I didn’t like at all air conditioner as it make lots of noises and bedroom doesn’t have aircon and have very noisy fan . I didn’t sleep well. Also my kids bedroom the ( 2 singles mattress were very bad and uncomfortable as they complained that their back hurts ) when I tried the bed I felt the wire .

Lots of room and great views over the water

No aircon in the main bedroom and minimal supplies for a four night stay for the dishwasher, washing machine and rubbish bins. Also one bedside lamp was broken
