I didn't like how there is no aircon in room

Location

For 5 days we had one bath towel each and were expected to pay if we wanted more. We were told we had to wash the towels if we wanted clean ones. We were provided with the thinnest toilet paper and only 2 rolls for 4 people. We paid a lot of money to be there and then were treated like it was a hostel not apartments. 3 sachets of coffee were provided and so on. Go to Paradise Resort, they will clean and restock your room daily if you let them. No extra charge.

The view from our room was awesome. We really loved the whole experience. The kids love the pool and very convenient as the lagoon is just across from the apartment. The only let down is that there's no aircon in the bedrooms as we have to use the fan to blow cool air into our room. The sliding is really hard to open to go in the balcony it keeps jumping off its track. But other than that we were happy and relaxed with our stay.

One air conditioner in the lounge to cool entire apartment, meaning bedroom doors had to stay open and with no blinds in the lounge room, it stayed very bright through the night and early morning. Also, it seemed someone had come in to fix something in our apartment (while we were out for the day) but we were not informed that this was going to happen or did happen.
