The first room 1203 we were put in the view was stunning, the air cons didn’t work properly the shower had mould and the beds were very firm.

Being uncomfortable all night due to air cons not working

Location was excellent, great views from our apartment. Grand Hotel was very pleasant with awesome food at extremely good prices. Entertainment was very good.

The two bedroom apartment we had with adjoining bathroom had no locks on the doors so privacy was an issue, especially when there are three adults.
