Alexander Holiday Apartments

We enjoyed our stay but found the apartment needed a bit of TLC. There were a few things in the apartment which needed maintenance such as the drawers in bedrooms were broken, kitchen drawers needed attention, ceiling fans were very dirty, cooking utensils were inadequate, Patio doors didn't side smoothly, No dvd player, taps all dripped. Good location and facilities eg pool tennis court etc.

Main feature was the location. Close to tram stop, beach, eateries and Surfers Paradise. Facilities well kept. Although the spa could have been cleaner - sand in the bottom and edges dirty. However, the indoor pool was in really good condition. Our apartment was quite roomy but needed some tender loving care as it seemed as if the owners of the apartment had taken some shortcuts. Quite roomy and great view of the beach from the balcony. Would recommend a preview before booking in as not all the rooms are the same - again comes down to private ownership. The Site Supervisor was extremely helpful and had a cheerful personality. The building and surrounds were well kept and presented. .

AppArtment was good. A bit difficult to get to with tram tracks in the way. Wonderful pool and spa

We had a great time at Alexander Holiday Apartments! Room is great, staff is very attentive and nice and location is 5 min from beach! Highly recommend it!
