The Place was untidy door handles falling of Requested bedside lights no one bothered to give us . Double booked the Apartment pple walked in with another key luckily we were dressed as well

Communication was amazing as we left a very expensive item behind accidentally and was able to have it sent back to us.

Run down and in need of a paint. No shelf in the oven, some things not working. Won’t recommend it or go back.

It was a great facility for a young family to stay.

No onsite management while we were there ad the after hours Buber was not attended to. It was only due to February 2022 flooding that we needed to chat to someone to extend our stay and we couldn’t reach anyone. Otherwise facilities were great, location was great and highly likely we’ll stay there again.

Overall, the property is nice, the location and view is excellent… the double bed mattress was in very bad condition, the bath tub tap need fixing. The flat size is perfect, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dinning and family area. The swimming pool very nice and the hot water spa is perfect.

I paid a large sum of money, but very disappointed in the apartment. The room is very dusty, and no WIFI (with the amount i paid and does not include free wifi is very disappointing). However, we did enjoy the pool and spa, but thats pretty much it.

I had to clean the apartment myself upon arrival. All surfaces had a layer of fluff and dust settled on it. The carpet, kitchen and couch had crumbs. A piece of glass was on the kitchen floor. The shower screen was cracked, and mould was everywhere. Walls had large cracks in them. The whole place was extremely dated, and in dire need of a paint. Quite disappointing. The pool and spa were satisfactory. Although the 2 sun lounges in the spa area were broken.

Place was dirty. Mould in shower. Beds you could feel the springs remote didn’t work. Couch was lumpy and uncomfortable

Room was filthy, couches has crumbs and popcorn kernels between cushions. No toilet roll holders in bathrooms and showers had not been cleaned from previous guests. Beds were rock hard and we found blood on a wardrobe door.
