Great location. Not sure that this place gets a good clean.

Very good location. Close to the beach, Q1, supermarkets, shopping mall and restaurants. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Some facilities need to replace or repair. Overall we had a good time while we stayed there

Property not cleaned and bathroom door are broken Never book this property again and never recommend.

Great location, good amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. We've stayed a couple of times and will stay again. Some rooms are a little dated and need minor repairs but overall tidy and quite comfortable for a family stay. Very affordable accommodation close to the attractions. We highly recommend this accommodation.

I loved how close to town it was. I would of loved a tv in the master. But a great space.

It wasn’t what we expected. The whole place is out of date, no wifi, bedding is not good, kitchenware wasn’t clean, floor was stick on arrival date, sheets and blankets was dirty, felt like it hasn’t been clean. Location was very good, that might be the only one thing we like

Great 6 night stay very quiet place to relax with nice river flow sound . Highly recommended very secure and free parking. Washing machine and dryer is a bonus. Adding a little mop would be useful when spilling something on the floor. Thank you for this pleasant stay

The grounds themselves and the pool are well maintained, unfortunately the same can't be said about the rooms. Mould in the showers, only one shower worked, shower screen door was trying to fall off, apartment looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in 5 years, there was broken glass inside the washing machine, the clock fell off the wall, no free Wi-Fi like they state. The whole apartment was in dire need of an update and decent clean. Their 20 year old website needs the same thing. Tried letting the apartment manager know upon leaving, didn't even seem phased or offer a sorry. Highly unlikely I'll return.
