Its not bad place to stay near the heart of surfers paradise, place is clean and quiet, but it will be good if they at least provide toilet papers, 1 roll wont last for a week lol.

The property was absolutely terrible. There was mould on the walls. The internet we paid for didn’t work. Couldn’t get in contact with the manager. Door knobs were broken. Oven was filthy so couldn’t use. Sheets were dirty, lounge was broken, pool had a toad in it, walls and mirrors were filthy. Plates and cups were dirty heaps more wrong with the place I have photos to prove these things. I want a refund

This property was absolutely disgusting! Filthy, dirty, smelly, old...absolutely revolting. We were booked in for 4 nights and arrived late so unfortunately had to stay for the first night. We checked out the next morning.

Great location! Just 3min walking to the neach and restaurants

We hated everything. The apartments were old dirty etc... The bathroom was moldy.

Kids spent most of our stay in pool and that is what we wanted - total relaxation

The appartment is in a good position to shops. Rooms are good size. Apartment very dusty, dishes not cleaned well, only supplied with 1 roll toilet paper for 5 people and 5 days. Beds very uncomfortable. Floors dirty. Made complaint about dirty appartment, nothing was done. Staff were friendly though. Unfortunately wouldn't stay again.

The pool was good the location is close to shops The bathrooms where dirty and falling apart and we didn’t have enough beds for what I asked for

The location being close to the beach & shops, is wonderful with having a young family. A lot of minor handyman jobs need to be completed before people arrive on checking in such as missing tiles in bath, dirty water in Spa Bath, clean the Outside Spa near pool. Also have essentials done such as clean Laundry, have Rubbish Bin in Kitchen with Tea & Sugars available.

Affordable accommodation and suited my family well. Very handy to everything. We didn't need to drive as everything is in walking distance. Would stay there again :)
