Swimming pool, spa and beach are lovely. 3 flights of stairs pretty annoying taking luggage up and down. The condition of the apartment was disgusting, it was filthy! Food in kitchen cupboards, a shoe under TV stand, rubbish under beds and couch plus undies and socks behind draws. It apparently is the responsibility of the people staying to clean the apartment on check out, clearly no extra cleaning was done. One shower door was broken, spa bath tap leaked. Lacking in blankets, no matttress protectors either. 100% wouldn't recommend.

Place was excellent right on the canal with a spa out the front. Walking distance to everywhere. Only bad thing was there was only one pot and no pans so couldn’t cook anything. Would defs stay again

I liked the quiet and family style set-up. The rooms were clean and spacious. Wifi was very good. Clean, tidy and cosy. Near to major attractions and transport.

It is excellent location and staffs. The price is very good too

Liked that there was two bathrooms and the place was spacious. Didn't like not getting a follow up phone call as promised when someone had parked in my spot.

Location good, price , quiet.. steps were no fun carry suitcases up and down. But managed !!

It’s near to the surfers paradise beach, food, supermarket, bus and tram stations. But the cleanliness of the property is somewhat disappointing. Amenities were provided but it won’t be refilled after finished using; you’ll need to buy yourself. There is wifi but it’s not free; very misleading wording on their website as it is written that there is “in-apartment wifi” but did not mentioned that payment is needed.

No complaints easy checkin well explained unit was more than expected i have no omplaints and vertually 5mins to cavill ave zo good for families fill kitchen so can cut price on food by cooking nots to self remeber to take fishing lines lol

The location was good, close to shopping and beach. But there was no elevator and 3 flights of stairs from the underground parking to our room. Also attention to detail, especially in cleanliness of the apartment would have been nice. Overall not bad but not great either.

Price was very good location also excellent. Was good value
