Holiday Inn Alpensia Pyeongchang Suites by IHG

Spent Lunar New Year (3 nights) at the Holiday Inn. We were positively surprised on the quality of the hotel. Very good location near the two skiing resorts. Parking was a little problem, but with good timing we were able to find a free parking place from the parking hall under the hotel.

We were staying at the Holiday in Suites in Alpensia, and we had the most amazing week!!! It was everything you could ask for, except its hotel policy not to change the bed linen????? WHAT???? We had to ask the front desk twice and house keeping 3 times in order to get our bed linen changed and we were checked in there for a week!!! Is that normal?????? Apart from that, it truely was a magical place!!! Ski fields outside your building, and the condition of the slopes were seriously impressive!!!! We will be back, even after the linen experience.......

This hotel is good for the skiing and surrounding neighborhood. The hotel is not bad, just takes a long time to get services, such as towels. We never received bath towels, only face towels. Not soemthing you want for a shower. OTher than the services, the place is nice (needs to be non-smoking and no pets allowed), small kitchen is wonderful for morning breakfast. Recommend for families and friends having a good time on the slopes.

This is not the hotel.But it looks like condo that provide everything in the room. It is located on Alpensia Pyeongchang. The room is very nice room and nice staff.

Excellent value for money. Stayed in a suite and the space was amazing. Lovely king-sized bed for the parents, and ondol room for our two children. Both rooms with own bathroom. Dining area, lovely lounge, good kitchen - all spotless. Two flat screen TV's, faux fire - all very nice. There is choice of restaurants around the hotel including a couple of Korean ones.Free shuttle bus to take us to YongPYong to ski (only ten minutes around the bend#, however we had to catch a taxi back as the bus doesn't run back in the afternoon #10,000won- about $AUS10.00). Skiing at Alpenisia would be best suited to intermediate or beginners - great for families with children.

Comfort for only Ski Playing and only stay in resort. No have a shuttle bus service for going outside resort. 1. Go to Hwenggye Terminal and get a taxi is available to Alpensia with costs of about 9,000 Won.(takes about 10 mins) 2.At Incheon Airport, get information on limousine and buses and purchase a bus ticket at the transportation information Center (near the exit No.2,4,9,13) on the arrival floor (1st floor) of passenger terminal. (21,000 won/person) on 9.00 am. or 16.30 pm. 3. At Gimpo Airport, Domestic. Get the limousine bus at bus stop No.11-1 and purchase a bus ticket 21,000 won/person with driver on 10.00 am. or 17.00 pm.

WE STAYED FOR 3DAY AND TWO NIGHTS AT THE HOTEL AND WE HAD A VERY SATISFYING STAY. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND VERY COZY. THE KITCHEN IS COMPLETE WITH UTENSILS, COOKING WARES, PLATES AND SPOON, ETC. IT HAS A COMPLETE FACILITY . THE STAFFS ARE LIKEWISE ACCOMMODATING. THE WHOLE FAMILY ENJOYED THE STAYED IN YOUR HOTEL AND WE ARE PLANNING COME BACK NEXT YEAR.

WE HAVE A VERY SATISFYING STAY IN THIS HOTEL. THE HOTEL IS VERY ELEGANT AND CLEAN. IT WAS NICE AND ENTICING PROMPTING US TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP AND STAY IN YOUR HOTEL. MY ONLY CONCERN IS TO SUGGEST IF NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU COME UP WITH A TRANSPORTATION SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR FOREIGN GUEST LIKE US AND SO AS WITH OTHER NATIONALITIES LIKE ( JAPANESE, MALAYSIANS,INDONESIANS AND THAIS) THAT WE HAVE SPOKEN TO. WE HAVE A HARD TIME AND DIFFICULTY IN TRAVELING FROM THE AIRPORT TO YOUR HOTEL AND GETTING BACK TO SEOUL. HOPPING FROM ONE BUS STATION TO ANOTHER .Y6OURS IN THIS AREA IS NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, WE WILL STILL COME BACK TO THIS AREA HOPING THAT IT WILL BE EASIER FOR US TO TAKE THE TRIP.

3 nites/4 days at Holiday Inn Suite Alpensia. Very helpful staff who response to every query and numeroous emails even before the trip started. They helped to arranged transport pick up from Lotte Hotel in Seoul to Alpensia and the return trip to Incheon Airport hotel. Rooms very clean. Location was great as just 2 min walk to ski slope. No worries about food with supermarket and rows of resturants around. Everything is provided for at the suite. Front Desk staff were very helpful

Hotel rooms are very comfy. Skiing/snowboarding are just a walk away. Will be great if the hotel has onsen though. overall, satisfied with the hotel.
