Holiday Inn Alpensia Pyeongchang Suites by IHG

I like Holiday Inn Alpensia Pyeongchang Suites , me and my friend love this trip and will back to stay again but i found more fungus in air condition in master bedroom

Upon arrival at Holiday Inn Alpensia, was impressed with the great view. When check in, impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Opened the room door, impressed with everything in the room. Overall, a great hotel, great staff, superb view and the most important thing was my whole family enjoyed the vacation. But with the high-tech and one of the best internet country in the world, the hotel should provide complimentry internet services. Even a 3 stars hotel gave foc internet service.

Stayed for 2 nights. Spacious rooms, clean, near ski slope and various dining options nearby. Great stay after a tiring day of skiing. Will stay again.

We stayed in 2ondors (rooms) koea style room for 3 nights. Right facing the ski mountain. The resorts have all the ski equipments And clothings for rent/ sales. Wide varieties of food, ranges from children favourite fried chicken, local Korea food, western coffee shop, Japanese crusine to convenient store instant mee. We have a enjoyable & unforgettable ski holiday. When we think of ski, we will think of Alpensia.

2 Bedroom suite came with a queen bed (2 feather pillows) and a 2-person ondol (2 bean pillows) in the other. Kitchen was well equipped with stove, utensils, microwave and kettle. Wooden floor and fireplace heater gave the mini apartment and an extremely cozy feeling. We requested for a room facing the ski slopes which was beautiful to see from our balcony. Down side is that there are extra charges when we requested for additional pillows and towels. Otherwise, extremely pleased with our stay there.

We stayed in the suites. Room was clean and quiet. Very convenient as we were in the same complex as many events. Limited access to American food but they do have grocery stores on sight. Very nice complex. Staff was helpful and prompt.

Overall the Hotel was fine. There were several things about the hotel customers need to know. The room had little hand towels in the bathroom. We got regular towels one time in the two weeks we were there. Went down to the desk to ask about Wi Fi and they said it was by the hour. They didnt explain that you couldnt use it for 15 minutes and then come back later and finish your time. We bought Two Hours and used it and left. When we came back to the room later the service was cut. They then said you have to use the two hours all at once. Another thing they did not tell us is there was a internet cafe on the second floor which was free. Seems like when we asked about wi fi they would have told us that. Other than those few items everything was as it was supposed to be. Also there was teapots in the room but no tea. It would be nice for americans if there would have been a coffee maker. Had to wait until the Holiday inn resort hotel opened to get coffee. Is the Holiday inn alpensia and the Holiday Inn Resort hotel both owned by Holliday Inn. I asked about moving but was told that I would lose what I had already paid since I paid up front. Enjoyed ourselves but glad to be home.

We stayed in the suites and it is very nice. Really enjoyable.

The room size is very spacious and well equipped for a modern family of 4 or 5. It is so near to the skii house and mini- mart. The view from the unit is magnificant even not directly facing the skii slope. We can see people doing night skiing from the higher slope. Sufficient number of eateries for a 2 to 3 days stay.
