There are 3 hotel developments on site. The Suite is family style apartments, with 1 br that sleeps 2 and a spacious living/dining area with kitchenette. The apartment provides only basic toiletries, so bring your own. Kitchenette is fully furnished for cooking but there are plenty restaurants in the resort with reasonably priced food so no real need to cook. The restaurants even deliver to the apartment. Main activity in the resort is really to ski, just 5 to 10 min from room to ski slope. Almost all gear can be rented or purchased so no need to bring your own.

The hotel location is very convenient to the ski centre.Staff are very friendly, helpful and able to communicate in simple English.

Very comfortable place to stay, 2 ondol rooms sleeping on the warm floor, fantastic experience, so KOREAN and my family loved it very much.

The room is spacious but no free WiFi provided inside the room. When we placed the booking, it showed free WiFi. However, when we checked in and requested the password from the front desk, they claimed that WiFi will be charged.

I was in Alpensia Pyeongchang for a week. The facilities are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was fortunate to be placed in the Ski House, which is directly adjancent with the ski slope. Some of the other suite buildings are a further walk away. The food is not bad, but if they are catering to an international community in two years, they need to improve their international food. Also having a surcharge for WiFi in Korea and at this time period is absolutely ridiculous.

The staffs are very nice, and the room is very spacious. We have great fun in Ocean 700 and ski.
