Amazing

My kid loves both the ocean park and the ski slopes of the resort. Easy access from hotel to these places. Many choices of restaurants.

They are not foreigner friendly! Even though I booked a double bed they gave us a thin mattress on the floor and then made us pay to have towels

Room is big and comfortable, but the hot water is not hot enough. Hotel said it is because many people take the shower at the same time and the hot water is not quite enough!!!

Our room was a good size and it was comfortable. However the furniture looked very old and worn down and the room really smelled of food when we entered and that smell remained for the duration of our stay, which really dampened the experience. We were also promised 4 futons but was given a room without any so we all had to sleep on the floor.

Good location which is near the ski resort with nice Alps view

We stay in 302 building, it not convenient for us , it take 10 mins walk to ski place. It very noisy during night time if we open window, we can hear machine making ice for the skiing place whole morning.

It was our family trip to Korea. Beds are comfortable, clean and well organized. Quiet and service was extremely friendly. Cons : check in system was kind of slow Not much of dining option available Wifi wasn’t working. Limited attractions during winter.
