"Great resort hotel"

Great hotel close to two ski resorts. One onsite and one only 5 minutes away. Also walking distance to many restaurants and fun indoor water park.

"nice place, good for family and groups of friends"

It was a lovely stay that we had at the alpensia suites. The suite was spacious, cosy and comfortable. Toilets were clean and the house keeping was good too. Truly enjoyed our 3 nights there. We even managed to cook some of our meals. The only minor issue is the lack of accessibility outside of the resort. There are no free shuttle buses to bring guests out of the hotel to nearby shops or restaurants so we could only eat within the resort. But there were quite a few good restaurants there to choose from so I guess it still wasn't that bad.

Big resort think will be a good location for skiing cos the ski lift is located at the hotel. There are restaurants and supermarket. The managers are well trained and helpful.

The hotel is clean and comfort. The room is big with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. This is very suitable for family vacation. Surely will stay again here next year!

"Great Hotel stay for family"

We simply love the resort stay. The room is spacious, clean and fully equipped. There are also many eateries within the resort at reasonable pricing. As we do not know how to ski, we only try the snow sledding. Our kids love it. Didn't try out the Ocean 700 as it is quite costly.

"Great Stay"

The suite with 2 rooms was wonderful. It felt like home and we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary there. The living room has a view of the slopes. The utensils were also clean. Great stay!
