Hyatt Place Fort Myers at the Forum

The breakfast was very good. The staff kept it fresh and filled. Also kept it clean. It was part of choosing the hotel. The road noise was louder than I expected it to be.

Double pricing and not being able to add extra days

Room was small, and didn’t smell clean, service was non existent, room service seemed another I needed new towels.

The hotel and the room were pretty dingy. The front desk person was very inattentive and the hotel seemed to be either dated or dirty. Not a great stay.

The room was nice a spacious.

The shower had hair all over it and the floor. The body wash was empty as well

we had an incident that was unfortunate i went to the ladies bathroom and it was open only to find one of your male employees doing something wrong it was very disturbing to find this activity in your facility i’m an adult and was scared needless to say if a child is put against this situation. what was more disturbing was that the employee did not even discontinued doing the disgusting behavior we reported but security didn’t even do anything about this won’t be coming back for sure
