This property is dealing with a serious beddddbug issue, and the customer service was extremely poor. I had to ask four separate times just to get a crib, which should never happen. When I reported the bedbugs, my concerns were completely dismissed, and management offered no help or resolution. I’ve stayed at Hyatt properties for years and have never experienced anything like this. This stay was unacceptable and very disappointing.

The staff is great and very welcoming. The hotel quality looks great in the lobby. As soon as you get to the elevator, it goes down hill. The comforter had stains on it, the carpets look like they have never been cleaned, and the pool was freezing I do not recommend.

Have stayed here many times before but my most recent stay was definitely the worst. This place has gone way down hill. The rooms were very dirty and dingy. The carpet was littered with black stains. The pillow cases had black marks on them and there was a small yellow stain on the comforter. I was able to get new pillows. The bed felt itchy so I asked for new sheets the next morning. When I got back the bed was made but the yellow stain was still on the comforter. I suppose I should’ve asked for a clean comforter but figured they would change the comforter when changing the sheets. The continental breakfast was the only positive. They had eggs, hash browns, bacon bits, tortillas, and the usual stuff. Definitely will not stay here again.
