Hyatt Place Fort Myers at the Forum

The Hyatt in the forums of Ft.myers.Fl, It's a small peace of paradise in a busy world ... I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful I come here often because it's the perfect combination of privacy and attention with a clean room and plenty to do near by .Coming here often I've had ample opportunity to interact with and observe the staff and there is one who stands out above the rest... Nesha first greeted me at the check in desk here with a warm smile happy to not just to assist Us/her customers She obviously enjoys her job and it shows in everything she does. Some people in the hotel industry respond to a customer asking for assistance as if we are bothering them on the one night the get off all year lol there night off irritated and short with us making what should be pleasant become a awkward interaction But every time I've ever came she has always been so Amazing she handles each and every customer with the up most care and doesn't short anyone of her one of a kind hospitality that immediately makes you feel welcome and safe.... She deserves to be recognized for her work here and to excell in whatever way she can with Hyatt family she's made the difference more times then I care to admit on my staying over another night or so and packing up to go home. She is a keeper and I believe she would make great manager if she isn't already.... I will close this up by saying the hotel is very nice Yes... The location is amazing especially for a tourist but hands down for me it's the quality care I've received from the staff and from Nesha that keeps me coming back time and again.... Arielle Lenhart

We recently stayed at the Hyatt place for a USSSA baseball tournament in the area. I’d have to say that this is one of the worst hotels that we’ve stayed as a team. The staff was rude and the hotel rooms were filthy. One of our teammates left and went to another area hotel bc her room was crawling with roaches. The only saving grace for our group was the pool area was fine and gave us a place to hang out when we weren’t at the field. We’d never stay here again.

I once stayed at this property. I was so disappointed, this property needs some love & care. A total makeover., is needed. Rooms are horrible and carpet needs replacing badly. However, the staff was excellent, Breakfast was great. The Lobby and food area was the best. Hyatt owners should be ashamed of the conditions and the mold is smelling on the 3rd floor. I had to get a room change. Hot water should be available all day. I hope someone will invest in this property soon, because it's right off 75.

Musty smell everywhere. Allergies started to act up. Not sure if it was the carpets but overall hotel smleed "old"and seened outdated.

The room and atmosphere was great just wish the room had a microwave other then that it was incredible the bed the shower and television was incredible.

the location

There were noices all night long, the hotel is relly old and smell as humidity we couldn't rest. they try to charge me two times but then refund thank god I was paying attention. Also you can hear when other rooms turn on the shower
