Friendly helpful and professional staff

Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet daily was fine. Lobby and rooms are worn and could use a deep clean and refurbish. Location UA very convenient and easily accessible. Ample parking. Price is affordable.

Room was disappointing, stains on the carpet, furniture was scratched and damaged. Room had that not clean feel because of this.

Overall property is clean. Staff is friendly.

Definitely breakfast options. Limited options and without flavor. I’m a vendor in work with foodservice and I’m sure your location can add value to the breakfast experience (food) for that reason I left some samples what we offer.

This place used to be a good hotel. My wife and I used to stay here a lot. It has drastically gone downhill. When we first got there there were two guys outside smoking a huge bong on the porch. Then after we checked in, the keys they gave us were to an occupied room. We opened the door and saw someone else’s stuff in there with the tv on. We left instantly. We tried one more time and the next room had hair on the bed and you could hear a crying baby through the wall to the next room. We did not stay. This used to be a good hotel, not anymore.

Maybe I expected too much from you “Hyatt”, but I am not satisfied this time. The AC and bathroom making noise all night long, the carpet is very dirty and smell so bad, the bathroom ceiling is low and lightning not bright enough, which makes people feel very oppressive.

The property was cleaned the rooms were comfortable the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. A nice and convenient place to stay at on the Southeast side of Fort Myers .

Mara is a great!! She recommend several places to eat and was very helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice & clean as was the entire hotel. Have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when in Ft. Myers.
