Hyatt Place Fort Myers at the Forum

Mara is a great!! She recommend several places to eat and was very helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice & clean as was the entire hotel. Have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when in Ft. Myers.

It was a nice stay. Quiet and clean. Bathtub was slow to drain.

The property was clean beside the smell of weed throughout the hallways for the majority of our stay… Breakfast was amazing, and the room was always clean!

Stores & food places close. Although they need to fix the door key pad on the back of the hotel that was close to our room. We either had to put a rock to hold it open or use a door a little farther away. They also need to fix the air unit in 146 it makes a lot of noise! The toilet lid kept coming undone. But it was a nice hotel and the breakfast was good! The staff was friendly. DON’T USE THE WASHING MACHINE or DRYER because THEY HAD RUST & AFTER 45 MINUTES OUR 2 BEACH TOWELS WERE STILL WET!! I asked to see if they could finish drying them for us because I already wasted $3.00 & they said their dryers were full. ALSO Need to turn up the Heat for taking showers, Brrr!! I would recommend this hotel

Breakfast was great. Exactly how I eat at home.

I wish there was a food option other than breakfast. After driving all day, getting in the car to drive to a fast food or take away type food establishment has zero appeal. I made do with a glass of wine, banan and bag of chips for dinner, A salad or soup, even if prepackaged would have been preferable.
