I liked the friendly staff

I was very upset to see some things like the elevator needed a wipe down. The main bathroom was taken over by unclean visitor that left a mess in the wheelchair accessible bathroom while I was waiting for check in. They didnt flush and it was a huge mess. I feel bad for the staff who had to take care of that. Plus my bedroom floor was filthy carpet you noticed it in your socks and barefoot l Iike you were walking outside on dirt ground. Feet got balcony had to wash them off and where shoes. Carpet was filthy feeling it was so dirty. Definitely needs a carpet clean.

Our room was next to a staff room. We were at a late night event and were supposed to have a late check out so we could get some sleep. First thing in the morning we were woken up to staff talking, yelling and laughing extremely loudly. Total waste of a hotel night, should have just driven home and gone to bed.

Nothing. It’s infested with roaches.

Roaches alive & dead in the hotel room. It was disgusting. Luckily I only had to survive one night to get back to my dad that was in the hospital.

The hotel is run down, the room smelled musty and over all the hotel needs a good cleaning and upgrades . The carpet in the room was stained,

The carpets and the place in general is not clean. I go here every month and I always get a congested nose and my eyes itch so much because this place is so dusty and full of dirty carpets. They need to be replaced. The place in general is not clean. I’m not staying here anymore.

I stay for 6 nights and they only clean my room twice. When i was leaving i checked under the beds and that was disgusten. The sheets smell gross like if they hadn’t changed them in months.

Size and arrangement of the rooms - junior suite. Breakfast buffet excellent for this class of hotel. Staff were excellent.

Hotel has not be refurbished since it opened. I have stayed numerous times and have witnessed deterioration. Furniture in rooms and dining area are all showing extensive wear as is carpeting. Lighting arrangement in rooms not in keeping with modern arrangement.
