They over booked and even though I reserved the room 2 weeks in advance when we arrived to check in we was sent to another hotel way out of the area that we needed to be in.

Rooms were great, spacious enough to put a airmatress . It has a fridge/ stove, microwave.. with some pans utensil and plates. Only thing we found a weird bug in the sink the 1st night. Other than that is was great.

"Facility needs dire improvement, but the staff was very friendly and helpful."

Staff was immediately responsive to any request. Very Friendly and helpful. Room stayed nice a cool. Pool was clean. Free use of washer and dryer.

Roaches in my room. Facility old and outdated. Mold in bathroom floor grout. Kitchen floor peeling and would catch on my feet if I shuffled them. Food out sofa couch was curling up on the sides. Had to be switched to a new room bc of roaches. Moved me to a room with fewer beds. TV was hard to manipulate. No breakfast served. Parking lot was somewhat difficult to navigate.
