Great location nice room

The tub drain slowly

Pros: The beds were comfortable.It’s close to the airport. Good breakfast options. Park & Stay offered….prompt & quick shuttle to the airport. Cons: While the hotel is obviously undergoing a remodel, there were still some major issues. Elevator was not working….and wasn’t told this during check-in. Key card would not work in outside door. Vending machines would not accept dollar bills….so had to pay $6 for a bottled water from their convenience store. We had to rehang curtains in our room as they were unusable. Our room was “renovated” - but still had the old hardware that was loose and in need of repair. Biggest Con: After returning to the airport from our trip, we called for the shuttle to pick us up. They told us it would be 15 minutes. Then they called back and said it would be an additional 15 minutes before someone could pick us up but we could call an Uber - which we did not as we already paid for the shuttle service. After 3 phone calls and waiting ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES, they finally sent the shuttle to pick us up. From a business standpoint, this is purely unprofessional. All this to say - we will not be returning to this hotel and highly encourage others not to use this hotel & shuttle service. Surely there are more efficient & courteous hotels in the area that value strong customer service.

room no sheets for fold out bed, no help info in room ltowels for 3 people when we booked for 4. Flood damage on first floor not repaired, elevator out of service, wifi password unlisted, a/c extremely noisey breakfast sparse no bannewrs or welcome for indy 500 race

It was clean

It was under remodel. The paint fumes were terrible and strong. The site showed a jacuzzi in pictures there was not one. The pool was supposed to be heated it was ice cold. An alarm went off at 2:20am and no one addressed it. The staff was rude and had excuses for everything that happened except for why the alarm went off. The bathroom light didn’t stay on more than a few seconds before it shut off. The milk do breakfast was spoiled and chunky as well.

The room was updated for the most part. Location was good right next to highway for travelers. Pool was nice.

My original room that I was given, the bed wasn't made. In my new room, the key card opener to door didn't work and the air conditioner was broken.
