"Very poor experience"

Worst experience ever will not go back and don’t recommend when we first checked in the first room had stains on the pillows, hand prints all on the back of the headboard, toilet was not clean, and it smelled like a cat litter. We was moved to another room which was 220 which was a little better than the first room or so we thought after staying in room 220 woke up with little bites on me thought it was maybe mosquitoes but no it was not saw something crawling on the sheet hopped up out the bed only to see bedbug crawling on the comforter took a video to show the clerk at the front desk mind you this was at 1:30am explained to him what happened and he said it’s not that he could do that he could give us some spray as if the problem was roaches or ants he didn’t want to give us a managers number said he was the only person available and that he could not give us another room went back and forth for bout a hour trying to get him to understand what the issue was and still no resolve so at 3am my sisters and I packed up and headed back home which was 3 hours away definitely will never be back. This hotel needs better customer service and better housekeeping. Will not be back.

Overall a great experience! The room was spacious for the price and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the motion sponsored light turning on and off randomly but we just covered the motion sensor with some tape. The furnishings were pretty dated but the staff told us they should be updated really soon. Would stay here again.
