Good location

1 USB charging port on a lamp that did not work

I had booked this room 2 weeks in advance and it was to be a 2 queen bed. It ended up being a 2 double bed and bed were extremely small for my family. When asked if we could switch rooms or why we didn’t get queen beds they said someone booked a block of rooms and this was last minute. After my session and not getting anywhere with this, I asked for a refund which they thought around $15 would be sufficient. The next day I asked about the refund and she told me that I would need to contact Hotels.com. That is exactly what I did in. Hotels.com contacted this site and was able to get me a full refund for the room.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast with a lot of options. The refrigerator in our room was making all kinds of horrible noises all night so we didn’t have a restful night. Staff was ok, not overly friendly or helpful.

Hotel was a little tricky to find but it's just because the road zig zags through new construction condos and it's near strip malls etc. The pool was a tad chilly but I was able to do my PT and enjoy the hot tub, it was quiet while we were here but it would be a nice minibreak for families. The breakfast was the usual fair with a couple hot items and yogurt, apple/mandarin etc. The staff was sufficiently friendly, lobby, room and pool area were clean and we def felt safe here.

It's located off the main road and kind of confusing to get to. The front desk staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and the pool area was nice. The shower was a bit weird since it was tucked into the wall like a little mini hallway. Not sure how else to describe it. Other than that the bathroom was nice. Mattresses were fine, there was a fridge/microwave in the room and a little shop with drinks and such in the lobby. Nothing special but I would stay again if I ended up in the area.

It was the perfect location for what we were in town for! Close to the Albertville Mall, which is one of the reasons we were in town. The staff was so kind and personable! My teenager was the first to point out how nice the staff was - she said the staff was kind and went out of their way to help... unlike other places we've stayed.

That we couldn't stay longer. We were in town for a tournament and had to leave early in the morning so we didn't have time to experience all of the hotel's amenities (specifically the pool). We will be back though!

Great experience. stayed for a night before heading back to ND. Nice place. highly recommended.

Its was pretty good besides the fact i paid for both rooms in full at hotels.com then when i got there was asked for my card to do a security deposit but was charged for both rooms again so a total of almost $800. When i brought it to the staff attention i was double charged for eachroom I was told they were unable to cancel either transaction.
