Location convenient to shopping mall. Rooms ok and nice they had a fridge. Quite noisy in room sometimes even at 11.30 pm Staff helpful.

Breakfast was okay - lacked juices, good cereals and yoghurt. Culturally it was suitable for Indonesian people and not many tourists visit this city. Convenient location and the staff were helpful.

We asked to change rooms because the air conditioner was recycling smoke from the smoking rooms. The air quality was much better down a level.

no hot water. pool was dirty. buffet breakfast is so so. room amenities not so impressive. for its level and reputation, it was a disappointing stay
