Everything is good no complains

Our stay at Mercure Hotel was a delightful experience, with exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, a prime location near the city's main attractions, and a friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooftop pool provided stunning views of the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the small touches like complimentary bottled water and the prompt room service. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway in Pontianak.

I really am amazed with a wonderful arrangement for my BD celebration and kind hospitality. It was so nice breakfast as well. The ladies at the reception desk were so kind. The bed is comfortable. The location is near the mall very great stay.

The location is so strategist in the city center that near so many local places. I statisfied by the service that very quick to respond, also they have a good bariety of food for breakfast! We have to go tp singkawang and come back the day after tomorow and they offer us to put our things in the concierge. Thank you

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving at 5PM by Grab(113K Ir) from the PNK, Pontianak Airport. A welcoming receptionist copied our passports, processed the payment and presented our key cards with the wifi code. We took one of the 2 working elevators to the 3rd floor. Deluxe #303 was spacious & clean with wood flooring, a closet with safe, unit with refer, hotpot and water, fully outfitted bathroom with tile shower, a comfortable king across a large TV(Al Jazeera, DW, France 24, Globe Trekker, Love Nature, NHK Japan, 2 Movies, 2 Sports, many local channels), desk and chair, good secure wifi/lighting, 3 outlets and quiet central AC. Easy chair with settees. The large window had a view over the main busy highway which became too noisy overnight, so we moved across the hall to very quiet #306 overlooking the restaurant roof. The lobby’s 5:30AM breakfast buffet was expansive and well serviced: juices, fresh fruit, kid’s cereals, a great egg/waffle station open on time, many breads, croissants and cakes with spreads, regular coffee, tea & large Indonesian selections. We swam laps each afternoon in the clean 20’ x 60’ pool. Overall, a very nice hotel with pleasant staff next to the large modern Ayani Megamall with its A&W, KFC, Pizza Hut & a Hypermart.

When checked in, got old room, after heavy rain, water came from the window and cause flooding at the corner of the room and found 2 cockroach in the room.

Towels are dirty, bed make noisy sound when you turn your body. Service from Bell boy is excellent and we always stay in Mercure when we come to Pontianak. The Swimming is good, good location next to the Mega Mall. The gym need to provide Towel and HYGIENE WIPES. Breakfast is very good

The property is not well cleaned and maintained, and the room was really stuffy and air circulation is really bad. Bathroom with no fan nor window.
