Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway

We have been making annual vacations to North Conway for 10 years. As always, we have stayed at the Residence Inn. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. Our kids love the pool and of course the breakfast, especially Kristen R. who has watched our kids grow all these years. She’s always been engaging and remember the kids names. Thanks again Kristen and staff for making our trip great.

Kristen R was amazing! She was so kind and helpful. Gave us some great ideas on what to do with the family. We cannot wait to come back for another visit.

We spent 3 nights here as it was an excellent location while exploring the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We used an upgrade voucher to get a room with a fireplace and it was so cosy to come back after a long day to relax by the fire. The hotel was very clean, and beautifully decorated in the Lobby for the Autumn. Every late afternoon we discovered cookies in the lobby, and there was a lovely firepit areas to enjoy. I even noticed that they had doggy poop bags available by one of the outside doors, for people walking their dogs! There are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance too. We had a great stay.

This is a great hotel, centerally located to view the folliage. THANK YOU to the great staff, especially Kristen R. who told us about a few extra attractions to make our trip even better. Excellent breakfast and customer service.

Clean and friendly service

The hotel was very clean and well appointed and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is clear through the entire property that attention was given to every detail to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Clean room with a big kitchen! Family friendly with cool activities like movies and s’mores at the fire pit

4 rather than five stars only due to staff knowing so little about nearby dining. Taco shop right next door wasn’t even familiar to them! And no handy maps of nearby dining (except for a list with no map and one map with ages and years old misinformation, not current). As we had no car, it was treacherous and difficult to find a nearby walkable place, as N Conway appears toco audit of the super busy roadway without crosswalks in front, and lighting along the highway isn’t adequate . Plusses are the nice breakfast, swimming pool and hot tub, decent gym, and overall cleanliness everywhere. We enjoyed our stay, but unsure we would have stayed if we weren’t with a tour, as rooms averaged over $400/night. But all rooms are very nice with full kitchenettes.
