My wife and I frequent North Conway for the local hiking and outdoor activities and the Residence Inn is a great base for our adventures. The hotel is very clean and well maintained , the breakfast is great to fuel up and the pool,jacuzzi and outdoor fire pit are good ways to wind down from a day of hiking. The staff were very friendly and attentive . I must admit there are a few new hotels in the area we have not tried, I think we’ll stay with a sure thing.

Clean, comfortable and cozy hotel. The Halloween decorations were a charming touch. We really appreciated the spacious room with a kitchenette, and the large laundry room was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff was kind and attentive.

Some furniture feels a bit dated. The pool was a bit chilly for swimming, though the hot tub was fantastic.

We had an excellent stay! Spacious room, quiet, clean and the breakfast staff was amazing and the selection very good. We did have a funky couch in our room with one arm two feet and the other six inches high. We never did figure that out! It was a great place and we would definitely stay here again!

We were not able to sleep at all because room was too cold and stayed cold at 60 at night. Thermostat was not working. Called the service number twice and no one came to fix it. It completely ruined our next day without having a night sleep. We left our suitcase at the desk and staff was off no help.

A Great Property located at the end of downtown. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops in town. The check in was smooth and sweet (Forgot her name, she was a ex CT resident) was Amazing. The Rooms were large and clean. The kitchen was a great addition. The Pool and the GYM were well maintained. Our son enjoyed the pool. It was a short stay but we will definitely return.
