Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway

We stay regularly at the hotel especially in the winter for skiing. Staff is great - especially Kristen Roberts and her breakfast staff who works hard to serve daily breakfast every day. Front desk staff is always friendly and housemen are attentive to requests. Amenities like are pool, hot tub and outdoor s’mores are fun, especially for kids. I love the hot tub after skiing. It is great that it’s a pet friendly hotel too, but one small negative feedback is more thorough cleaning of the dog/per fur after fur guests leave. The room we stayed at had a lot of dog hair but the houseman helped clean it after we called. The carpet in the room was worn out but i understand the hotel is going through renovation so hopefully that will be replaced. Overall, it is a great place to stay for our ski trips and we like the location, close to downtown North Conway and restaurants and ski mountains (Canmore and Attitash) of course.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. The sofa does need replacing .

walking through front door only to step on drop cloths, around paint buckets, paint bucket on reception desk no staff in sight except painters who smiled. This did not give a good first impression re welcoming guests, safety and staff. A simple sign at the front door saying "welcome, please pardon our mess as we update our lounge/etc"

Great experience! Clean, welcoming and friendly environment - with easy access to the mountain. S’mores kits were lots of fun! Kristen R. was warm, kind, helpful and a wonderful ambassador for the Marriott brand.

**Kristen R** was wonderful in the kitchen! She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and clearly took pride in her work. Everything was consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked, which made the whole experience even better. It’s obvious she pays close attention to detail and genuinely cares about providing great service. Thank you, Kristen, for your hard work and positive attitude!

We enjoy the fact that this Hotel has 2 twins and a queen which works perfect for us. Always a pleasure staying at this Hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. We were greeted warmly at the registration desk by Norma Jean and Edy. Our room was very comfortable. Flavored water and cookies, as well as S'more kits, are complimentary. The pool and hot tub are well-maintained Firepit with great seating. Free breakfast was nice. Free parking. We enjoyed our stay!!!!

We chose the Residence Inn for our guests to stay for our wedding weekend. Everyone had a positive experience, including us! Kristen R. was a staff member who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!
