Front Desk staff was accommodating, but housekeeping was below par. Walking into the room for the first time I found dirty dishes and utensils put back in the cabinets, appliances not cleaned, and dirt and stains on the carpet and sofa left from the previous guest(s). Very disappointing as the property looks nice on the outside and is in a great location. Management was informed but the response at that time and afterward (review invitations) was underwhelming. No one seemed surprised or sincerely apologetic for assigning a dirty room to an incoming guest.
