Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway

This hotel is currently undergoing an extensive refurb so a lot of rooms are out of use. This meant that the hotel had few guests so the pool and lovely hot tub were often empty. The refurbished rooms are fantastic, very high quality and spacious. I was not really disturbed by the work but you might not get a quiet lie. The location is great. You can walk to the outlets, restaurants, supermarket etc and be in the mountains after a short drive. Most of the staff are really pleasant too and are very welcoming. My only complaint would be that the self service laundry is expensive compared to competitors. $9 to wash and dry is almost double the standard rate usually charged at Hilton’s and more than double some others I’ve used. Other than the expense, it’s also hard to get $9 worth of quarters. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. When the refurb is complete, I can imagine this being the best hotel in North Conway.

Can’t recommend this place enough to stay with kids! The staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious, it has a pool, the breakfast options are great, as are the nightly s'mores by the fire pit, and it is close by to all the amazing things to do in the area. They are currently renovating and am excited to see what’s new at our next stay!

My husband and I recently enjoyed an impromptu overnight getaway at the Residence Inn North Conway, and it was exactly what we needed! He had an appointment nearby, so we decided to turn it into a little escape from home — and we are so glad we did. We’ve stayed here before and have always loved the convenient location, welcoming atmosphere, and wonderful amenities, but this visit was extra special. We booked our stay using points and were thrilled to discover we were among the very first guests to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. All we can say is… WOW. The redesign is absolutely gorgeous! The new modern aesthetic, combined with warm natural colors and thoughtful details, created such a relaxing and upscale feel. Even during renovations, the hotel never missed a beat when it came to hospitality. Fresh cookies and lemonade were available in the afternoon, and later that evening they had adorable s’mores kits waiting for guests by the outdoor fireplace — such a cozy and memorable touch! Breakfast the next morning was excellent as always, and what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Kristen R. She checked in on us several times throughout our stay, made sure everything was perfect, and genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves. She even shared some of the exciting updates still to come with the renovations, which made us even more excited to return. This quick little getaway completely recharged our batteries, and we already can’t wait for our next stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting North Conway!

We had some housekeeping issues with our room at the beginning and after a couple tries Laura Morrill, Katie and Lauren stepped in to correct the situation and make our stay a good experience. NormaJean was pleasant and helpful at the front desk. A shout out for Kristen R who would check in on us as we crossed paths during the weekend. She also runs a great breakfast! Looking forward to our next stay especially in the renovated rooms.

My family stayed at the Residence Inn in North Conway this past weekend as my husband had a running event and my son and I decided to come along for a little getaway. We had an amazing stay here!! Upon check in, we found out that we would be staying in a brand new room. And it surely was a beautiful newly renovated room, the whole floor had been renovated and simply gorgeous. They are still working on the rest of the floors and under construction, but you would never know it while you're in your room. The staff here were incredibly nice and helpful. My son and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub for two days. It was clean, spacious and very relaxing, just what we needed. My adult son is autistic and he loves swimming and this really was a nice one. We truly felt welcomed from check-in to check-out. Staff went above and beyond. Maintenance guy Kenny (I think was his name) came in to check on my son's bed that was shifting a bit on the box spring. It wasn't a big deal but he checked it anyways and made it better. He also came into the pool area to check on things and let me know about the firepit and smores. Super kind and accommodating staff. The free breakfast was perfect too, anything you really need and of course your own made waffles. My son loved the breakfast and the staff was right there if you needed something! Kristen R from the kitchen came out and greeted my son who is special needs and chatted with us while she was cleaning up. She went away for a second and came back with this little moose stuffed animal. We can't thank her enough! (Btw, he loves stuffed animals)She was truly wonderful and this made our last day at the hotel us leaving a little easier for him. Thank you again Kristen.♡ And I completely forgot about the complimentary delicious baked cookies that were put out everyday as we were returning back to the hotel. Our next stay in North Conway will definitely be back here again. :)

This hotel was great! They are in the middle of doing a renovation and we got one of the newly renovated rooms. The staff were excellent! Kristen and Judy make a wonderful breakfast. Norma Jean at the front was helpful with everything we needed! We had everything we needed and for being in the middle of renovating everything was nice and clean! All the workers her are friendly and we will be staying here anytime we are in the area!

We were the first to stay on the newly renovated 4th floor. The room was wonderful. The king sized bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen even though we only used the refrigerator. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were nice, towelswere provided. We'd hoped to use the firepit area but it was raining. They provide everything needed for s'mores. The breakfast served was good. I thought the price was more than reasonable for everything the hotel offered. Our friends stayed in another 2 rooms and were equally satisfied. The location was only minutes away from shopping and restaurants. We'd definitely stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott again.

My only suggestion would be to put a small towel rack in the bathroom sink area.

Homemade eggs not microwaved like many other hotels! Really good breakfast nothing old or expired! Staff was very nice!
