Aardig personeel, schoon en redelijk comfortabel

Alles voelt gedateerd / sfeerloos. Er is niks echt mis, maar er is ook niks top. Een soort fabriek om te slapen met dito eten. Zwembad en fitness zijn aanwezig maar erg minimalistisch

The past 3 times I have stayed here there is always construction happening negating a quiet morning. The television was big and beautiful however would not connect for us to watch. The desk clerk was not very helpful and basically told us sorry, but there is nothing they could do. The air conditioning was not operating at a reasonable level and it was 32deg. outside. Again, we were informed there was nothing that could be done. Lastly the shower was horrible. Not a steady stream of water and it was a loud and high pitched sound. Usually we have had a lot of good luck here and decent service. I was highly disappointed we didn’t get the latter. I’m so tired of paying $300+ a night for much less than I can have at my own home. It really negates the fun of traveling and staying somewhere different. Do better. Please.

It would have been better if the person check us in was NOT condescending when we asked about charging our vehicle while staying at the hotel. It’s not what she said but HOW she delivered the message. I find it distasteful and rude of her to be talking to hotel guest like that and she wasn’t even talking to me but to my husband.

Large, clean, good fitness room, pool, very good breakfast. Comfortable beds.

This hotel is excellent! Hubby and I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is one of the best. We would definitely recommend it.
