Always have had great experiences at the Westin Wall Center. Staff and service is excellent and always greeted at the entrance by Jonas and makes you feel taken care of the moment you arrive.

"Great Food and Service!"

Great Food and amazing Service! We really enjoyed our brunch at The Apron. We ordered the Breakfast BLTA, Brioche French Toast and the Croque Madame. All three were delicious and our server Evelyn was amazing and very kind. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel, location and amenities. Ben at the front desk made my stay with his superb service. He was thoughtful and epitomizes the service quality I expect from a 4 star Westin hotel. The hotel is near the airport, but don't hear much plane noise. Clean and modern. Near all the great restaurants in Richmond even on a walking distance but I had a car to venture a little more out.
